Implemented email strategies for paid users, boosting retention and driving customer acquisition, while optimizing campaign costs and reducing overheads by 50%. Led product revamps for BYJU'S and Epic!, improving conversion rates, UX, and engagement, and launched a Shopify store, generating a new digital revenue stream of $150,000 monthly.
Directed a team of 450+ creators, managed rebranding and IP development across brands like Epic! and Toppr, led AI/AR R&D projects, and built high-converting landing pages. Managed 70 artists to develop 150+ books, created 350+ coding and 250+ English classes, and spearheaded YouTube/Instagram marketing.
