Goal
Every year the goal got bigger, and every year the pitch had to keep up. Whether it was about telling a story or spitting out hard facts, there's no better way to keep the listener engaged than with appropriate imagery and content.
Process
Depending on the purpose, scale, and time, the number of people involved and the approach taken varied. Often, decks had to be created overnight for critical pitches the following morning; while such requests were largely only design overhauls, there were other asks that required well planned showcase montages and carefully crafted explainer videos. Strategy decks to be discussed among board members and external players required heavy research and effort to tell a subjective story backed by objective data. Based on the requirement, these decks could take anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks to conjure.
Result
From investor pitches to be presented by Byju Raveendran himself to acquisition strategy decks for the Board of Directors to execute, every deck was created with immaculate flow and design aesthetics, that successfully did the job of conveying the right message, and sealing the deal.
